Understanding and learning about the many thousands of health products started for me in Taos New Mexico. I come from Southern California, where in my personal experience, nothing is real. This includes color of hair, boobs, lips, eye color, acrylic nails, food, drugs, and rock-in-roll….
Taos is a diminutive settlement, a very short main street, a Native American pueblo, 80% Spanish population, and the awe-inspiring, most miraculous art gallery anywhere in the world. Being encircled by the most innovative creative arty people is picture perfect for my style. I treasured living in Taos and frankly I would find irresistible to retire in this place that I once called home. Being located in the region of similar minded people, to some extent, like all my friends.

My Hair has always been Auburn even as a child, and for the duration of my years I have constantly conducting experiments with different colors and engage in a great time with hair. Everyone that lives in Taos enjoy their natural hair color, as well as, many folks that live in Berkley California. Natural is, for ever and a day, in these locations, for me I in no way knew this many warning that look us in the eye, just like smoking cigarettes. However once I got it, which expended me awhile to be convinced, and then I embraced the hazards of hair dye.

I owned an Art Gallery, book store, coffee house, and then I added an organic juice bar which was the original in that area, or the earliest organic juice bar I had ever seen, obviously this was back around 1995. Furthermore, this is the setting I found out; with the intention of this atypical township was a health town. Sure, there was a Safeway which was mostly used be the tourists, when I first arrive in Tao, however when I became conscious there was three large Organic Grocery Stores. A Wal-Mart arrived later which was an addition, and damaged all of us with small businesses, along with the second addiction of casinos.

When we were sick as small children my dad would position a pot on the stove, scoop in tons of Vicks, boil it, then turn it off, my sister and I would stand on a chair and lean over the pot and put a towel over our heads to keep the steam around our face to clear up our colds and cogestion. Additionally, dad would rub Vicks on our chests and necks; we engaged in going to school reeking like Vicks. Instantly, we are so lucky, we have all started learning about all the healing ingredients from natural resources, thank you God for placed everything here on this Earth for us.

I have arthritis, and eucalyptus has antiviral and antiseptic properties, it makes available to reduce pain from arthritic, rheumatic and other kinds of pains..

I deposit drops in my humidifier when I have a cold and flu, it treats lung congestion and helps with COPD. This is essence I use on a regular base, furthermore, countless people will gain reprieve and it’s beneficial for relieving sinus problems and lung congestion such as asthma. I, in addition, add it to my bath oil, just 4 to 6 drops, except am sure to add nice soft plain oil, maybe try baby oil. Eucalyptus will also take care of skin lesions developed by chicken pox, herpes and acne. Not to forget to mention that this fragrance improves the activity of brain overburdened and or removes mental and physical fatigue.
I found a nice homemade recipe - Mix equal amount of both eucalyptus oil and apple mix on the concerned area. It also what's more, works as an antiseptic on insect bites, boils and wounds. Do not use this throughout a full fledged asthma attack.

I miss having a massage more then the other special gifts I like to give myself, however I found a homemade recipe for great massage oil:
20 drop rosewood
20 drops eucalyptus
20 drops lavender
5 drops peppermint
5 drops wintergreen
Mix all this together with three ounces of sweet almond and shake.
I would suggest taking a hot bath first, open your pores and relax before good judgment great massage. Love & Peace
