Think of these foods and add to your shopping list; alfalfa, tea brewed from alfalfa seeds, asparagus, celery, cherries, collards, fennel, gooseberries, kale, lemon juice, limes, melons, molasses, mustard greens, oranges, sage, spinach, sunflower seeds, tangerines’, and watercress.
