Diabetes, it seems that everyone I know has it. This must be the disease of the century; it is as serious as crime in our country. And, in my opinion it all has to do with diet and fast food chains. Okay, now I am serious about this, even Children are obese, and I never went to school with an obese kid. Diabetes is a new and serious danger in every age group.

The State University of New York Upstate School proves that public health measures to ensure adequate chromium intake will be not only be desirable, but is essential for the long-range heath of our nation. It seems that chromium, which is essential to human beings in very small or trace amount, may soon be used to prevent and treat the diabetes so common among older Americans, which has now moved to all levels of age ranges.

Americans, possibly include and raise their levels of fats in their blood which can also cause diabetes, this could also explain why so many younger people are also prone to this when it was only known as an elderly disease. It is believed that lack of enough insulin may be responsible for the accumulation of fats...and Chromium can be used to potentate, or perhaps the fatty accumulations can be prevented.
The younger and older patients that are given chromium improved "glucose tolerance: as well as lowing the blood levels of cholesterol and other facts. Another fact is that brewers yeast contains another substance which is well known reduce cholesterol levels - vitamin B3 (niacin). I have learned to create an awesome shake that I drink a couple of times a day. By added these two ingredients will only help you more to become a healthy happier person.
